Reflection 2: The Roles of Curriculum Workers

1) What is Curriculum Workers?
   The people who involved in curriculum and school-based personnel such as principal and parents, university-based specialists, industry and community groups and also government agencies and politicians. It has seven type of curriculum workers that include workers, evaluators, evaluator roles, advocates, developers, theorist and also teacher developers. In this various type of curriculum workers, each of them plays an important role in their scope. Thus, the role of curriculum worker is under the four headlines. The first is coordination of curriculum planning and development. Second, definition and application of curriculum theory. Thirdly, they are also the one who design and do application research. Lastly, provision of aid and filling in service needs of staff. However, this is my little understanding by me in this chapter. I wish i can read more in this chapter to understand more about it.
